THE RENTAL PROCESS

All of us at the PAECs are committed to providing you with a great experience during your time with us, from your first tour all the way through the financial settlement after the curtain falls.  We've outlined the simple process below.

01 - SCHEDULE A TOUR

Both sites offer state-of-the-art venues for meetings, lectures, screenings, concerts and shows presented by students and teachers, amateurs and professionals. Any member of our community with an idea for a show is welcome.

 

For an in-person look at the different event spaces the PAECs have to offer, schedule a private tour today.

02 - EVENT QUESTIONNAIRE

Once we establish a date for your event, we’ll provide you with an Event Cost Estimate based on your specific schedule and vision for your event. 

 

Your completed Event Questionnaire (E.Q.) will provide us with the details we need to create an estimate based solely on your needs and the PAECs most up-to-date rate schedule.

03 - BUILD YOUR BOX OFFICE

In order to build your event into the PAECs’ online Box Office, you’ll need to complete a PAEC Box Office Questionnaire to help us better understand how you plan to sell tickets to your event.

04 - STEP BY STEP GUIDE

We offer all-inclusive services designed to anticipate and meet your every need as you successfully bring your event to life. Our detailed guide, Producing your Event @thePAECs, will let you know what to expect during your time with us.
