COVID 19 Health and Safety Policy

The health and safety of staff, students, patrons, and community are of the highest priority. Given the COVID-19 pandemic and the rise of local cases with the Delta variant, the PAECs will be administering the following health and safety protocols in accordance with Los Angeles County Department of Public Health (LACDPH) guidelines.

All California residents may request a digital vaccination record at

MyVaccineRecord.cdph.ca.gov.

“Fully vaccinated” means your performance is at least 14 days after your final vaccine dose.

These guidelines are based on state, county and district guidelines and are subject to change at any time.

  • Vaccination Status - Patrons (any age)

    • To enter the theatre, please bring a photo ID and proof of vaccination, either your physical vaccination card, a picture of your vaccination card, or a digital vaccination record.

  • Unvaccinated guests (any age) must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours prior to entering the theatre. Rapid home tests not accepted.

  • Patrons are expected to receive the COVID-19 vaccine, if eligible.

  • A temperature screening process will be conducted at each event to ensure no symptomatic individuals attend shows.

  • All patrons must wear a face covering for the duration of each event regardless of vaccination status for all indoor facilities.

  • Vaccination Status - Cast and Crew

    • All performers and crew must be fully vaccinated, or must provide proof of a negative test within 72 hours of each performance, regardless of age.

  • Performers may unmask to perform indoors if they are fully vaccinated or tested at least twice weekly.

  • Ventilation:

    • Air purifiers have been installed in the HVAC system to consistently circulate and sanitize the air.

  • Face Coverings:

    • All performers must wear a face covering for the duration of each event regardless of vaccination status for all indoor facilities when they are not performing on stage.

  • All cast must wear a face covering for the duration of each event regardless of vaccination status for all indoor facilities.
